Our Return Policy is extremely simple

When you receive your product, you should inspect it as soon as possible, perhaps immediately upon receipt and always before using it. Please make sure you receive the return authorization number before attempting to return any products to us, provided that you always have the right to change your mind. We've all done it: ordered something and then understood later. that you don't need it anymore. You have 14 days to cancel your order, which will be covered by the return policy and will run from the day after receipt of the package. It's easy, please follow the steps below (please see the "Returns and Refunds" section). All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as delivered to you. When receiving the product, please make sure that you take reasonable care when inspecting it, please make sure that any safety seals and labels are still attached.

Wrong product received

We apologize if you have received the wrong product by mistake. This is not a common practice and we want to resolve your situation as soon as possible. In order to return the money or replace the product, you must return the product in the same condition as when you received it and within 14 days from the day you received it.

Damaged or defective products

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please accept our apologies. We understand how devastating this situation can be, and we want to resolve it as soon as possible. If you believe the product is defective, please contact us. You need to tell us what the error is as soon as possible before it is discovered, then we will advise you on what to do next. Product not received

We apologize if you have not received your product. This is not a normal situation and we want to resolve it for you as soon as possible. In order to return the money or replace the product, you must inform us of the non-receipt of the product within 21 days from the day you received the e-mail confirming the launch of our product.

Your legal rights

Our Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights. You can get more information about your legal rights by visiting the Consumer Protection website at: https://www.ttja.ee/en. To return your product to us, contact us through your account by calling us at +37253436860. To our customer service team, you need to provide your order number, the product you are returning and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a unique return authorization number and confirm the address to return the product to. Please pack the product securely and include your order number, name and address. Please keep proof of item sent to us. It will not be possible to prove posting without it, and we may be unable to process your refund or replace the product. There may also be a rare chance that your item will be lost, and in this case, if your request was for a replacement product and that product is no longer available, we may refund the amount paid to your original credit / debit card / PayPal account. Returning any product you have received is your responsibility until the product reaches our warehouse. So please make sure that you return your product using a courier service or an agreed method of transport that insures the goods to their value.

What do we do next

All products returned to us are inspected by our Returns Department. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you the price of the product (including postage). Refunds will normally be processed within 7 working days from the date of order cancellation or at the latest within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the amount to the original credit / debit card or PayPal account with which you made the purchase.

Return of replacement goods

If the item you ordered was defective and we replace it, you have the right to cancel the replacement of your order within 7 working days. The time for this action starts from the next day you received the replacement product and a refund.

Cost of returning products

Please note that we can only refund postage if you return an item that was sent to you incorrectly or if the product is defective or if you return a replacement product that you do not wish to keep. We do not refund postage when returning working products. The cost of returning a product to you depends on the product, and you will be contacted about this after the testing process is complete. In the event of a complaint, if you are dissatisfied with our return, replacement or repair of any product, we must apologize to you. We want to resolve this situation.
